Story line

Concrete Utopia” is a gripping tale set in the heart of Seoul, where a devastating earthquake leaves only one building standing—the Hwang Gung Apartments. As the ruins stretch endlessly and the cause of the disaster remains unknown, the remaining residents face an escalating crisis. Outsiders, driven by extreme cold, flock to the Hwang Gung Apartments seeking refuge. As their numbers swell, the residents struggle to cope, feeling their survival threatened. Desperation leads them to enact special measures to protect their dwindling resources and ensure their safety.
